  • What is your return policy?

    Due to the nature of these custom items, returns are not accepted. If for any reason there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work to fix it immediately. If it has been damaged in shipping, please send a photo so a complaint can be filed with USPS and we will happily replace your item!

  • What are current ship times?

    We are open for business and digital art is emailed within 1 day. Unframed art prints ship within 2 business days. Canvases & framed art ship within 5 business days of order.

  • How are Unframed Art Prints delivered?

    Unframed Prints will be professionally and freshly printed on Epson Ultra Premium heavyweight matte paper using Epson K3 Ultra Chrome Pigment Ink that is archival quality and will last under glass for over 200 years. The 8x10" (shown below) and 16x20" sizes include a small white border for easy framing. 

  • How are Ready-to-Hang Canvas delivered?

    Canvas Orders (U.S. shipping only) are printed using genuine pigment inks to produce bright, vivid, amazing colors that will resist fading for over 100 years and help your canvas prints last for generations. They are printed on a thick archival grade, poly-cotton blend canvas to provide greater durability. The canvas is pH neutral and acid free and will not yellow over time. They are then stretched over kiln dried pine stretcher bars to ensure that the canvas print does not warp or bow over time. The design of the stretcher bars are rounded and beautifully beveled to allow minimal contact with the canvas. They come with ready-to-hang hardware already installed.

  • What options are there for digital PDF Files?

    Choose the PDF file option. A PDF and JPG will be emailed to you within 2 days of order. No physical item will be sent with this option. You can take this file to your local copy shop or Costco and have it printed on whatever media you want! If printing on paper, we recommend using the highest quality available so that the colors look vibrant and last for years without fading.

  • Will you send proofs?

    I only send proofs by request for time's sake. Please request this in the notes at checkout. 

  • What is the return policy for custom and personalized orders?

    Personalized items are NOT RETURNABLE due to their custom nature. Please contact me if there is a problem with your order. I replace damaged, lost and incorrect orders.

  • What if my order is damaged or lost?

    PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.


    If I send your item to the wrong address that you have supplied, I can't send you another one unless the post office returns the first one to me. Customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


    If the item has been damaged in transit, please email me a photo of the damage so I can send you a replacement item. 

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellations: not accepted


    Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.
